The memorial service for Michael Jackson was held yesterday night, and channeled to s'pore media this evening.

Sad.

He was a super talented performer cum singer cum dancer cum money-maker.

He lived a pitiful life, I would say. I am really astonished by the extents people can go to diminish his achievements, his personality, his reputation. Scandals, scandals, media, paparazzi. Phew.

Hey, did u know that he was frequently whipped by his dad during his childhood? And his dad RUSHED to claim his $500 MILLION estate - NEVERLAND, immediately after MJ's death? Sigh.

Fast fact - MJ's full name - Michael Joseph Jackson.

Can some of u upload MJ's videos on the class blog prevent it from becoming a "homework blog"? I will post several videos myself later. I'm currently rushing some stuff.

RIP, Michael Jackson. You are, and will forever be the very best. Though I dun listen to your songs often, I appreciate your astounding efforts to setting new heights in our music industry, and your noble ideals of peace and kindness.
